Glossonauts pridefully reflect on the milestones we achieved in 2024 as the New Year begins. Our mission to bring the Greek language and culture to learners worldwide has grown stronger, and we’re thrilled to share some of our highlights with you (find the photo album attached).

A Year of MilestonesJanuary–March

• We developed “Piece of Pie,” the most comprehensive e-course where beginners learn Greek with fun and engaging video lessons.

• We participated in a European Union event in Athens, where we created educational content and led activities on democracy with students.
• We embarked on our first U.S. tour, hosting meetups and teacher training events in Boston and New York. With support from the Greek Consulate and the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston, we connected with vibrant Greek school communities.

June

• W represented Glossonauts at the European Parliament in Brussels, gaining behind-the-scenes insights into the European elections.

August

• We partnered with Plato Academy Charter Schools to share innovative techniques for teaching Greek during a digital event.

September

• We were selected to represent Glossonauts at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, where we met the President and other members of the European Parliament.

October

• Konstantinos trained at the International Centre of Suggestopedia in Sweden, enhancing our core educational approach.

December

• Featured on Greece’s most-watched TV show, introducing Glossonauts to a national audience.
• Hosted the Glossonauts Gala, where our students and “Piece of Piers” celebrated together through games and meaningful connections.

Throughout 2024, Glossonauts not only expanded its educational materials but also built the largest global community of Greek learners on social media:

• With more than 2.000 hours of online lessons worldwide
• With 880 social media posts and more than 20 million views
